My house needed a complete remodel. I contacted Allegiance Consulting & Contracting. I met with Dutch Langley. She explained clearly what needed to be done. I received a detailed estimate and time frame for work to be complete. The design she chose for my kitchen was amazing. The work was completed on time and she left the house looking new and different. I appreciate her professionalism throughout the whole process. She really knows her business. I had been wanting a bath and shower remake. Dutch and her husband go to church with me at CCMP and came to see me one day. I had an old-time bathtub which was very high and very hard for me to get in and out of, being I am 79 years old. They came and measured and looked. They gave me choices and the decision was made to do my entire bathroom over. I had to move out of my house for a little bit over a week while they did their work because it is the only bathroom I had. The funny thing was that I was not allowed to see anything going on whatsoever because they wanted me to be really surprised when it was finished. The work was wonderful. The relationship between us was wonderful. They kept me informed and they tried to give me the best price that they could, and the work was beautiful. Dutch designed everything and her husband and their team did the magnificent work. When I got to see my new bathroom made over, tears welled up and I cried because it was so beautiful…especially my blue glass vessel sink! I just couldn’t imagine anybody could take something so ugly and make it so beautiful. See more See less

Allegiance Consulting & Contracting were the perfect find. I had a second story overflow that caused a lot of damage to our home. I honestly didn’t know what we were going to do. I had never had anything like that before. I honestly thought our property value was going to plummet. Dutch didn’t look at the house like something to just repair… she looked at things she could improve and for that I’m very grateful. She scheduled us in very quickly even during a very busy time. And they were finished with the house in a very reasonable time. To add, Dutch is great communicator. We were devastated when a kitchen water leak caused over $80,000 damage in our recently renovated family home. Dutch Langley and Allegiance Consulting & Contracting Services came highly recommended to us by the remediation company who praised their work and excellent customer service restoring homes after unexpected disasters. Dutch and David met with us and helped us navigate insurances requirements and advised us on best practices. They had a solution for every problem! They even installed a temporary kitchen when the cabinets were delayed so we could accommodate rental guests. We were not full time residents, so much of our communication was long distance. Dutch kept us up to date and completed the work as promised despite challenging working conditions and situations out of her control. David was the detail man who put his finishing touches on the punch list. We had complete trust in their word and their work.
